What is Big Ear Tours?

Big Ear Tours has been created to fill a gap in the market. Our Self-guided Audio Tours provide you with the same information, tips and service as a guided group tour would, with a couple of added advantages. The main one being, you tour at your pace, deciding when you want to start and how much you want to see without having to keep up with a large group of strangers!

How does our self-guided tour work?

Our self-guided audio tour of Neuschwanstein can be purchased online, the same way you would book spots on a guided tour. The big difference is, however, that with us, as soon as you purchase your tour, you can listen to it and it is yours to keep for life! This means you get to swat up on the tour before the big day, helping to make you sound even more impressive as the designated family tourguide! You also hear all of our tips on where to get the best photos, souvenirs, food, parking and WCs which we garantee will help make you day run a lot more smoothly!

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on which product you choose. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. You can choose, for example, to just purchase one audio guide for the whole family/group of friends, and designate who will be the guide! Or, you can purchase a guide per person, all going at your own pace and maybe all learning something different. You also have the option of choosing our package of Audio guide + tickets, or additional tickets if you only want one guide.

Do you offer private tours with a guide?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer private tours, as we specialise in self-guided audio tours. We can, however, strongly recommend ATG Tours for private tours.
